This food drive initiative is for destitute families in and around our neighbouring areas. We have over 60,000 people living in informal settlements and seemingly tranquil suburban homes with little or no food. With the lockdown extension their circumstances have become desperate and potentially volatile. Our goal is to be able to provide a lifeline to people who through no fault of their own are unable to help themselves not only through this pandemic but also as a result of our country’s socio-economic make-up.

Our outreach for starving communities is under enormous pressure as more and more people are coming forward needing this support. We continue to appeal to the community to give responsibly, do not contribute to beggars at intersections. Please support our humanitarian initiative that is efficiently and extensively supported by the Order of St John’s NGO, our religious & cultural communities.
